"Self-loading baggage" is an ironic term often applied to medical and other non-pilot crew members on an aircraft. The implication is that, if you don’t fly, you’re little more than talking luggage. 

At Critical Care Excellence, LLC, we embrace this label while working every day to refute it through clinical, educational, and technological mastery. 

CCE was formed in 2011 as a medical education company with a focus on critical care transport, emergency airway management and mechanical ventilation.
