The OWL's wedge is its best and main feature. If you've ever had a BVM or vent circuit stuck on the endotracheal tube hub, then you know that a wedge can be a lifesaver, if you can find one. The Airway OWL keeps the wedge at your fingertips all the time.

To use, slip the wedge tip between the vent device and the airway flange and insert all the way. If the connection doesn't separate, gentle lever up to pop it loose.

LED Light

Barely a day goes by where we don't need a light during patient care. The OWL puts a super bright LED pinch light in your pocket all the time.

The OWL features a grommet to hold a key ring, lanyard, or attachment to another instrument. You can put in your pocket, on your ID badge, or hang it on the ventilator for quick access.

Try not to leave your OWL in areas of extreme heat or cold for any length of time, as it will weaken the material and may shorten its life.
